Yinmiao Li

PhD Candidate

Yinmiao is a PhD Candidate in the Computer Science and Learning Sciences PhD program at Northwestern with a research focus on post-secondary Computer Science education. Her research centered around understanding the connection between metacognition, emotion, and motivation in introductory computing education, as well as building interventions to support students in overcoming negative emotional and metacognitive experiences while programming.
